The Community’s Foundation (TCF) and The Foundation for Delaware County are pleased to share that the RFP for our collaborative Partners in Giving competitive grantmaking cycle is now available. This joint effort is designed to streamline funding and better support nonprofits serving Delaware County.
Funding priorities include: • Community development • Health, hospice & home healthcare • Youth development • Supportive services for cancer survivors
The deadline for submission of an application is February 19, 2026.
Project W, a program of The Community’s Foundation, continued its annual holiday giving tradition, donating over $2,500 in gift cards plus gloves, hats, scarves, and socks to the Boys and Girls Club of Chester PA. We hope these gifts bring warmth and joy to the Club’s holiday celebration! 💙✨
We’re thrilled to share the great news from our partners at Propell and the Propell Kids Foundation. Their 7th Annual Propell Kids Foundation Golf Classic raised an incredible $32,000 this year!
These funds directly support the Hope for Children Fund, helping strengthen communities across Delaware and Chester Counties by expanding programs and resources for at-risk youth. Together, we’re helping close the opportunity gap and bringing hope where it’s needed most.

We’re proud to share that the first round of Delaware County Rapid Response Fund grants has been awarded! 💙
Thanks to support from The Community’s Foundation and The Foundation for Delaware County, $131,500 is going to 23 local nonprofits providing urgent help with food, housing, safety, and other basic needs during this challenging time.
These organizations are on the front lines, delivering immediate assistance to vulnerable neighbors. This fund is giving them vital breathing room as they navigate budget delays and increased demand.

📦 This October, The Community’s Foundation (TCF) collected 1,038 gently used books and distributed 774 books to local nonprofits, preschools, teachers, and Little Free Libraries — including 94 shared through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Eddystone!
✨ TCF’s Little Free Library network continues to grow, helping more children and families discover the joy of reading. Do you have a Little Free Library in need of children’s books? Fill out our donation request form, and our amazing volunteers will deliver books right to your library!
