To apply for the Partners in Giving grant, you will need to create an account through The Foundation for Delaware County's grant portal if you do not already have one.

The Community’s Foundation and The Foundation for Delaware County are pleased to announce the 2026 Partners in Giving competitive grantmaking cycle—a collaborative funding opportunity designed to strengthen support for nonprofits serving Delaware County. By aligning processes, timelines, and expertise, the two foundations seek to reduce duplication, improve access to resources, and create a more seamless grant experience for nonprofit partners.

For the 2026 cycle, Partners in Giving will consider funding organizations working in community development, health, hospice and home healthcare, youth development, and supportive services for cancer survivors. Grants will support program or project activities that advance safety net services, prevention, systems change, or organizational development.

The application is open and is due February 19, 2026.  Questions may be directed to Mischico Warren at The Foundation for Delaware County or Claire Baker at The Community’s Foundation.

Project W Grants 

Learn more about Project W Grants
Project W is a women-led giving circle at The Community’s Foundation that awards annual grants to nonprofit organizations serving Delaware County and surrounding communities. Through collective philanthropy, Project W members determine both the total amount of funding awarded each year and the organizations selected to receive grants. Membership is $550 per year and includes the opportunity to participate in grant decision-making. Learn more and join at projw.org.
 

Grant Categories

Project W awards four grants each year: one small grant for organizations with annual revenue between $25,000 and $500,000, and three larger grants focused on Family, Health, or Education. Organizations may apply in the category that best fits their mission.

TGJ Shine On Grants

The program is not currently accepting applications.

Founded in 2021 in memory of Tiffany Grossi Johnson, the TGJ Shine On Fund honors a multi-sport athlete whose energy, integrity, and leadership left a lasting impact on her teams and community. The fund reflects a belief that female athletes play a powerful role in strengthening schools, communities, and peers by setting high standards and inspiring others to shine.
 
Through the Shine On grants, TGJ has supported girls’ and youth athletic participation by helping cover costs such as uniforms, equipment, and registration fees for school-based and community programs, as well as individual athletes. Learn more about TGJ Shine on at https://www.tgjshineon.org/

The Propell Kids Foundation Hope for Children Fund assists with providing direct services to the most vulnerable residents of Delaware and Chester County, our children.

The Hope for Children Fund focuses on providing educational assistance to students from low-to-moderate income families through structured programs, school partnerships, and community collaboration. Our initiatives are designed to help close the opportunity gap and foster academic growth. Whether you’re an educator, community leader, donor, or volunteer, working with Propell Kids Foundation means joining a network committed to helping young people thrive—both in and out of the classroom.
