Arden Theatre Company

  Dedicated to bringing to life great stories by great storytellers, Arden nurtures curiosity, creativity, and confidence through educational programming.

Arthritis Foundation

  Works to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control, and cure of arthritis and related diseases.

Audible for Autism

  Provides fun–filled entertainment in a safe environment for children with autism and their families, as well as educating the public about autism.

Be the Match

  Ensures that patients in need of lifesaving marrow or umbilical cord blood transplants get the treatment they need.

Bournelyf Special Camp

  Supports development of participants' abilities by helping them build confidence, improve social and communication skills, and become more physically fit.

Breathing Room Foundation, The

  Reaches out to families who have a member suffering from cancer to provide whatever is necessary to allow a bit of "breathing room" from their daily struggle.

Bryn Mawr Hospital Foundation

  Provides a range of health services, complemented by related educational and research activities.

BUCK Cancer Foundation

  Focuses on bridging and uniting cancer knowledge.


  Dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Offers family-centered comprehensive services to support those with special needs from infancy through adulthood.

CASA/Youth Advocates, Inc.

  Trains community volunteers, called Court Appointed Special Advocates, to advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children placed in the Delaware County Dependency Court system.

Center for Resolutions

  Administers a wide variety of dispute resolution programs encompassing mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching, school-based programs, youth aid panels, training, and community education.

Center Foundation, The

  Endeavors to empower women and teen parents to overcome obstacles and reach their goals by building caring communities through mentoring, education, and support.

ChesPenn Health Services

  Operates a network of healthcare centers that offer a range of primary care, dental, family therapy, and substance abuse services for children and adults, regardless of ability to pay.

  Devoted to the protection of the water resources of the Chester, Ridley, and Crum Creek valleys.

Chester Upland Youth Soccer

  Promotes educational purposes in connection with or at the request of Clarion University.

Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc.

  Delivers a variety of direct services to alleviate an immediate crisis and to support individuals/families with the goal of economic self-sufficiency.

Community Arts Center

  Provides a nurturing environment for artists at all levels, encouraging participation in the arts through advocacy, education and outreach.

Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County

  Works to meet health and social needs, across all cross-sections of our population. Reinforces the community-strengthening traits of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility.

Deaf Hearing Communication Centre

  Offers a variety of services to bridge the communication gap between the deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities.

Delaware County Advocacy and Resource Organization

  Advocates for the health and well-being of children with mental retardation.

Delaware County Cooperative Extension Association, Inc.

  The Master Gardeners Program provides intensive training in horticulture to interested gardeners who then volunteer their time assisting with educational programs and activities in the community.

Delaware County Intermediate Unit Education Foundation

  Education services agency which provides leadership for the development of innovative and cost-effective programs to meet the needs of Delaware County.

Delaware County Literacy Council

  Works with adults who want to read, write, and understand English and increase their communication skills.

Delaware County Women Against Rape

  Works to eliminate all forms of sexual violence and to advocate for the rights and needs of victims of sexual assault.

Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc.

  Seeks to prevent domestic violence and is committed to providing services that meet the needs of domestic violence victims.

Entertainment Industry Foundation

  Raises awareness and funds for critical health education and social issues through the entertainment industry. Famed for the "Stand Up to Cancer" fundraising program.

Family and Community Service of Delaware County

  Acts as the fiscal agent for Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, which battles hunger by providing food to needy individuals and families.

Family Promise of Delaware County

  Ministers to the needs of low income, homeless children and their parents by providing temporary housing, meals, transportation, and other physical needs through a network of committed congregations throughout Delaware County.

Family Support Line

  Provides professional care for those who have experienced child sexual abuse trauma.

Foundation for Adolescent Credit Education

Library Foundation of Delaware County

  Supports public libraries in Delaware County, including educational and health and wellness programs for children and young adults.

Literacy Access Fund

Make–A–Wish Foundation of Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania

  Grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

National Hemophilia Foundation, Eastern Chapter

  Supports medical research and provides financial assistance, education, family programming, and advocacy at the state and federal level to benefit patients with hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, and other clotting factor deficiencies.

National Lung Cancer Partnership

  Works to improve treatments for lung cancer patients and raises public awareness of the disease.

National Philanthropic Trust

  Raises awareness regarding the health threat of breast cancer and supports breast cancer research, education, and community outreach programs. Manages the Breast Cancer 3-Day, benefiting Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Neighbor to Neighbor Community Development Corporation

  Provides urgently needed community services to low-income and/or minority residents of eastern Delaware County.

PA Health Funders Collaborative

Swarthmore Public Library, Friends of

  Fosters closer relations between the Swarthmore Public Library and the citizens of Swarthmore.
